Property ownership options are available to scale the vineyard size to meet the unique requirements of each vineyard owner. Property parcel sizes begin at 40 acres. Umatilla County permits wineries to be built on the site of their estate vineyards, and plans are underway for several wineries at this time. Property owners have the option of farming their own properties or contracting with North Slope Management, SeVein’s custom farming organization.
